My Very First Interview

Now you may be wondering why I titled this post as I did. Obviously, like any normal working 27 year old I have been through my fair share of interview. BUT, I have never had an interview where I was the one doing the interviewing until last Tuesday. I was quite excited and only a little nervous. I think I will be more nervous when I am doing one alone. These two interviews were held by Mike, the Center Director, and myself. He did most of the talking but I put my two cents in and afterward was a partner in the deciding process. I feel so important! :) I just hope Mike will be the one to do the calling to those we choose not to hire. That will be a hard part for me...I hate having to reject people...but that is part of business.
