I Should Be a Plumber

I have to brag about my fix-it skills for a quick minute. Really, it is just my lack of fear to push buttons and mess with things. When we first moved into our new place, both toilets had issues flushing. You had to hold the handle down the entire time in order for it to flush. ANNOYING!! So one day I decided to experiment. I opened the back and started adjusting chains and other things and I got one to flush without having to hold the handle! So I used my new skills to fix the other one. We enjoyed the freedom of not having to stand over our toilet while it flushed when our toilet started having new issues. The water didn't ever completely stop running and the noise was annoying. It wasn't a lot of water but enough to get on my nerves. So, again, I opened the tank and started more experimenting and adjusting. Again, I had success!! Pretty much I am amazing and now we enjoy fully functional and quiet toilets! :)

If ever have any plumbing issues I now know who to call. Good thing you don't have a husband to do that stuff for you or you would never learn.

You are amazing. I find plumbing and all sorts of home repairs rather intimidating. Props. Indeed.

Glad your plumbing skills, or possibly friendship, helps my life not go down the drain. ;)
