I went for a nice jog in the morning, took my parents to Costco, then donated blood, and spent the rest of the day baking. For some reason that is one of the greatest ways I could spend a day. Since I am not a big fan of pie, I had to come up with some creative way to bring pi into my goodies. So I made some cupcakes...

I also put out some sugar cookies for others to decorate as well as my favorite chocolate chip cookies. Here's the spread...
The people started arriving and the greatness of the day was exponentially increased!! I am so blessed to have so many fabulous friends and I am so glad that I had friends come who I have not seen in a long time. I couldn't ask for better people in my life!! Here are just a small few...
