Thursday: Epcot
Thursday was a very chilly morning and the day didn't get much warmer. Fortunately, much of Epcot is inside. I was so intrigued by all the things you can learn and do there.
We started out at Innoventions and were able to star in our own video games. My nephews LOVED recording themselves running, jumping, and doing a victory dance. I think the victory dance was the highlight. Whether you won or lost, your character did the victory dance so you played just to see yourself look silly. It was very entertaining.

Then you move over to the arcade game and play with yourself as the star.
Here is my sister and her youngest playing together.
We found that Epcot is more informational and less of the "scary" rides. But we did enjoy Soarin' in simulated hang gliders, flying to Mars in a simulated shuttle, and the Test Track. My nephews loved sitting in the fancy cars at the end. Boys love their toys even at a young age. :)

That night we had a very special experience together in Norway. We met at the Norwegian Restaurant for Dinner with the Princesses. We were greeted at the door by Belle and all received special pictures from her before our dinner was through.
Then while eating the fantastic Norwegian food were visited by many other of the Disney Princesses. My nieces were in heaven. And don't kid yourself, my nephews loved it more than they will admit. :)

After dinner, I had to hit the Norwegian boatride since it is one of the things I remember about our first Disney World trip when I was 11. Somehow I have never forgotten those crazy trolls. At the end of the boatride, my nephew and I became Helga and Hector...true Vikings!!
